Decrees that Activate Prophetic Dreams & Encounters
He said, “Listen to my words: ‘When there is a prophet among you, I, the Lord, reveal myself to them in visions, I speak to them in dreams’” (Numbers 12:6 NIV).
Father God, You have invited me into a place of intimate encounter with your heart.
You are my King and my Bridegroom—the one who utters secrets into my soul and lifts me into higher places with You. Your Word says in Proverbs 25:2 that it is the glory of God to conceal a matter, but it is the honor of kings to search out that matter.
Jesus, give me the honor of a king to search out the wonderful mysteries You have for me to find. Show me great and mighty things I do not know (Jeremiah 33:3). Give me ears to hear Your voice day and night. Lord, I give You permission to speak into my dreams and proclaim the identity, purpose, and destiny You have created just for me. I am not afraid of my future but run toward it and toward You.
Jesus, I surrender myself to Your Holy Spirit that I might bring Heaven to earth and comfort, strengthen, and encourage those who need You most. Here I am—send me! I invite Your Kingdom to come and Your will to be done in my heart through dreams, visions, words of knowledge, and prophetic encounters. I pray all this in Jesus’s mighty name. Amen.

Revelation 1:12-13 (NKJV) – Then I turned to see the voice that spoke with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands, and in the midst of the seven lamp- stands One like the Son of Man, clothed with a garment down to the feet and girded about the chest with a golden band.
Psalm 126:1 (NKJV) – When the Lord brought back the captivity of Zion, we were like those who dream.
Daniel 2:26-28 (NKJV) – The king answered and said to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, “Are you able to make known to me the dream which I have seen, and its interpretation?” Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, “The secret which the king has demanded, the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, and the soothsayers cannot declare to the king. But there is a God in heaven who reveals secrets, and He has made known to King Nebuchadnezzar what will be in the latter days. Your dream, and the visions of your head upon your bed, were these.”
Daniel 1:17 (NKJV) – As for these four young men, God gave them knowledge and skill in all literature and wisdom; and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.

I Declare in the Might Name of King Jesus:
When I seek God, I find Him. When I ask, He answers; and when I knock, the door is open unto me.
I am a prophetic dreamer with the gift to understand and interpret dreams.
My mind at night belongs to God and I will see and hear Him speak in my dreams.
When I’m awake, I welcome visions, prophetic words, and supernatural encounters.
I will make myself available to God through my dreams. When He speaks, I will say, “Here I am.”
I will remember my dreams. I will steward my dreams correctly. I will write them down and tell testimonies of the Most High God.
I live a supernatural lifestyle of dreams and encounters—this is normal for me.
I bring the miraculous wherever I go because the Holy Spirit resides in me.
I am a prophetic speaker bringing words of strengthening, encouragement, and comfort to all.
Jesus has opened doors for me no one can shut. He has given me keys to Kingdom advancement, wisdom, and knowledge.
The words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart are in line with His Word and heart.
The Lord has assigned angels to carry out the prophetic words I am given.
I am in alignment with the Kingdom. I will not miss the visitation of the Lord.
